This was created using PSP 7.. I am sure it can be done in other versions.....I like 7 and use it the most.

This is in Selections...you will start with going to Selections and Load from Disk..# 1 making a layer with each selection..This is yours so use what color you wish I used #a15555 and also any inner bevel.
