This was created in PSP 7....I'm sure it can be done in other versions with a few changes.

I found this picture in a magazine and scanned it a few years ago...he SO looked like a sweet rogue.

I wanted my picture to be on the quite side...but feel free to colorize your graphic if you wish.

You will find the  Mask  HERE

The Image of Man HERE

Very likely you will find some stray Pixels around the man...use the eraser to get rid of them.. being careful not to erase any of the image.

Okay now on to the tutorial

Go to File

Make a New Transparent Image..  400x400....

You will re-size it later. Fill this with Color # BEB8B8

Download the   Man....click on it and go to Image

Re-size at 70 percent...with All Layers Unchecked

Hilight this image

Go to Edit...Copy...click on empty image ...Edit..Paste as New Layer......Effects Sharpen........Go to Layer Pallet.....highlight The first layer ....Make a New Raster layer..

on the Color Pallet " foreground" put in color # 808080

Flood fill this layer......Download the Mask file

Minimize it...Go to Mask...Click on New..Source Window

Click on Boxlines Maskrdb....I don't remember where I got this....if anyone knows.... let me know... and I will give them credit.

Go back to mask..Delete..YES

Highlight this layer....go to Layer pallet and Opaque it

to about 46......

New Raster Layer,,,,Text

Put what text you want at Size 26 and Color # 808080

while still active go to Effects..Cutout..

..Okay...play around and find something you like.

If you put a Text on bottom...Make a New Raster Layer for it.....When you are finished with the Text.  ..Go to Layers...Merge ..Flatten....Re-size to 350x350

all layers checked.....Go to Effects ...Sharpen

Click on your Image go to.. Window.....Duplicate..twice.

You now have Three Images

Click on # 1...Add New Raster Layer go to Color Pallett ..Foreground...and pick a color you want..now go to paint Brush

.Paint this color in all the ones (1) see Screenshot below

Merge Visible and save as PSP

Go to Second Image... New Raster layer.... change your color and fill in all the twos (2)..Merge Visible..Save as PSP

Go to Last Image... New Raster layer.... change your color and fill in all theThrees (3)..Merge Visible..Save as PSP

Now for the fun

ANNIMATION

Pull up your Annimation Shop

Go to File

Find your graphics and while holding down the CTRL key

Click on #....3....2....1...

Click on # 2 and go to Edit..Copy....Click #1 ...Edit ...Paste after Current layer.....click on #3 and go to Edit..Copy...

Click on #1 ...go to Edit ..Paste   ..After Current layer....

Click on VIEW and see your Annimation
